Position Overview
This Warehouse Coordinator role handles goods receiving and returns of raw and packaging materials for laundry and home care products production, loading and unloading pallets using a forklift. You will ensure proper incoming inspection (blind counting) and SAP booking, operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS), label containers and ensure proper storage, conduct daily checks of industrial trucks before work begins and report damage to supervisors, and maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Goods Receiving & Returns
- Handle goods receiving and returns of raw and packaging materials for laundry and home care products production
- Load and unload pallets using a forklift
Inspection & System Booking
- Ensure proper incoming inspection (blind counting) and booking in SAP
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS), label containers, and ensure proper storage
Equipment Checks & Safety
- Conduct daily checks of industrial trucks before work begins and report damage to supervisors
- Ensure order and cleanliness in the assigned area
- Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Vocational training in a logistics or skilled trade profession
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics or comparable activities
Certifications
- Forklift license (Staplerschein) is mandatory
Technical & Essential Skills
- Experience with MS Office applications and SAP is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
