A fast-paced multi-site operation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to own the operational integrity of Warehouse 45, Warehouse 47, and the Fujairah warehouse in Dubai, UAE. The role ensures every item entering and exiting the warehouse is documented and traceable, the Inflow system accurately reflects physical stock, and the Head of Operations receives reliable, independent weekly visibility into warehouse performance.

Position Overview
This Warehouse Supervisor role covers full ownership of Inflow/ERP accuracy, stock control and replenishment, GRN process governance, delivery operations, team management, shift handover management, returns and claims processing, and weekly reporting to the Head of Operations. You will personally review Inflow every morning, set and manage reorder points, oversee the GRN process for every delivery, lead the monthly physical stock count, manage two Shift Leaders and three team members, and submit independent weekly performance reports.

Key Responsibilities
Inflow/ERP System Ownership
- Review Inflow every morning for negative stock, missing GRNs, and unconfirmed dispatches
- Approve all Inflow quantity adjustments with documented reasons
- Lead the monthly physical stock count of 294+ SKUs and investigate variances above 2%
Stock Control & Replenishment
- Set Reorder Points (ROP) for all stock categories using average usage, lead time, and safety stock
- Review the reorder tracker daily and raise purchase requests for items at or below ROP
- Maintain an approved supplier register and ensure bulk consumables hold a 30-day minimum supply
GRN Process Governance
- Ensure every delivery is physically counted and backed by a signed GRN
- Manage short deliveries, over deliveries, and damaged goods per documented procedures
- Conduct monthly GRN compliance audits comparing signed GRNs to Inflow goods receipts
Delivery Operations & Team Management
- Review the daily dispatch tracker and enforce delivery priority and confirmation standards
- Manage two Shift Leaders and three Warehouse Team Members, including rosters and KPIs
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and oversee returns, damages, and supplier claims within set timeframes
- Submit weekly performance reports and monthly stock count reports directly to the Head of Operations
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirement
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration preferred
- Strong relevant experience considered in place of formal qualification
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a warehouse supervisory or senior team leader role in the UAE
- Must have managed a team of 4 or more
- Experience with a WMS such as Inflow, Oracle WMS, SAP, or equivalent
- High-volume daily dispatch operation experience strongly preferred
Essential Skills & Traits
- Proficient in Inflow or equivalent WMS; comfortable building and reading Excel/Google Sheets reports
- Professional written and verbal English proficiency
- Detail-oriented, proactive, process-driven, direct, and floor-present
- Willing to work the warehouse floor for the first 30 days before full supervisory mode
