 Position Overview
This Warehouse Worker role involves unloading incoming trucks and operating forklifts, reviewing documentation against purchase orders, verifying quantities, and processing receipts through the ERP system. You will maintain warehouse organization and inventory control, pick and pack items according to established procedures, construct export crates when required, and produce shipment paperwork for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving, Inspection & ERP Data Entry
- Sling loads and safely unload incoming delivery trucks, operating a forklift and other mechanical handling aids
- Review packaging notes against purchase orders and verify quantities and descriptions
- Report discrepancies, tag incoming goods, and process receipts through the ERP system
Warehouse Organization & Inventory Control
- Maintain stores and goods-in areas in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
- Organize warehouse locations and track shelf-life of limited-life items
- Carry out routine inventory checks, cycle counts, and ERP inventory adjustments
Picking, Packing & Shipping
- Pick items accurately according to lists and ensure proper condition and preservation
- Assemble cartons, pack materials, and construct wooden export crates as required
- Produce shipment paperwork through the ERP system and load outgoing trucks safely
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience working in a warehouse environment
- Experience using an ERP system (preferably Oracle) to transact and process inventory
Essential Skills
- Advanced understanding of receiving inspections
- Experience inputting logistical data into tracking databases/ERP systems
- Ability to operate a forklift truck and other mechanical handling aids
