Position Overview
This AMXL Logistics Supervisor role involves creating and cultivating a safe working environment, managing and training Associates to deliver the best customer service, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines. You will provide critical shift information to frontline management, adjust labor allocation to meet forecasts, and help solve logistics challenges through data analysis and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Safety & Team Management
- Work on-site at HnB eDSP in Dubai as station supervisor
- Create and cultivate a safe working environment, identifying safety opportunities
- Manage and train Associates to help deliver the best service for customers
Order Fulfillment & Shift Coordination
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization
- Engage with support functions and other departments on process readiness, 5S, safety, and training
- Help solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in logistics
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing teams
