 Position Overview
This Training Specialist role involves delivering CargoWRITE WMS training programs onsite and online across the MEA region, including onboarding, refresher, advanced user, supervisor, and key user training. You will support WMS implementation and deployment projects, develop and maintain training materials and e-learning content, train and certify local trainers and key users, and support change management activities during system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Development
- Deliver CargoWRITE WMS training programs onsite and online across the MEA region
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, advanced user, supervisor, and key user training programs
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, guides, assessments, and e-learning content
Implementation Support & Coaching
- Support WMS implementation and deployment projects by preparing training plans and readiness activities
- Train, coach, and certify local trainers, key users, and super users for sustainable knowledge transfer
- Participate in implementation workshops, testing, go-live preparation, and hypercare support
Change Management & Coordination
- Coordinate training activities with project managers, site management, and operational teams
- Support change management and communication activities during implementations and upgrades
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend actions to improve adoption and performance
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Education, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, training, or business change management
- Strong operational knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, preferably CargoWRITE WMS
- Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training
Essential Skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional MEA languages advantageous
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the MEA region
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
