Position Overview
In this role, you work across interventional angiology, the cardiac catheterization lab and the holding area. You prepare, assist and follow up examinations and interventions, assist sterilely at the table, monitor patients and document in the hospital information system. In the holding area, you admit and prepare patients, carry out standard pre-procedure measures, monitor patients before and after, and organise discharges and transfers. After structured training you also take part in on-call duty.

Key Responsibilities
Interventional Angiology
- Take part in diagnostic and interventional angiology procedures
- Prepare, assist and follow up examinations and interventions, with sterile assistance at the table
- Monitor patients during and after procedures and document in the hospital system
Cardiac Cath Lab
- Work on diagnostic and interventional examinations, with sterile assistance and preparation of medical devices
- Monitor patients, prepare and tidy the lab, and document procedures
- Work closely with other departments and join on-call duty after structured training
Holding Area
- Admit and prepare patients and carry out standard pre-procedure measures
- Monitor patients before and after procedures, organise discharges and transfers and coordinate patient flow
Qualifications
Education
- Completed training as a registered nurse or medical assistant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification

- Interest in interventional medicine
- Sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
- Team spirit and commitment
Other
- Willingness to take part in training and in on-call duty
- Proof of vaccinations and immunity, especially measles protection, is required by law
