Position Overview
This Stock Runner role involves collecting and delivering products between stockrooms, fulfilment areas and retail locations, supporting picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders, assisting with receiving, checking and labelling incoming stock, verifying product details and quantities before transferring stock, supporting stock counts and inventory checks, reporting missing or damaged items promptly, and maintaining clean, organised and safe operational areas.

Key Responsibilities
Stock Movement & Order Support
- Collect, move and deliver products between stockrooms, fulfilment areas, retail locations and operational points
- Support accurate and timely picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
Receiving & Presentation Standards
- Assist with receiving, checking, labelling and storing incoming stock
- Ensure products are handled carefully and presented per luxury retail standards
- Verify product details, quantities, labels and order information before transferring stock
Inventory Accuracy & Reporting
- Support stock counts, cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate records
- Report missing, damaged, incorrect or misplaced items promptly
- Use handheld devices and inventory systems to update stock movements accurately
Operational Standards & Teamwork
- Maintain clean, organised and safe stockrooms and operational areas
- Follow standard operating procedures for stock movement, security and loss prevention
- Assist with returns, exchanges and transfers as required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across warehouse, fulfilment, retail and logistics teams

- UAE National (Emirati) with eligibility to work in the UAE
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in stock operations, warehousing, retail or logistics is an advantage; training will be provided
Essential Skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to check product and order information accurately
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Physically able to stand, walk and move products for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual and committed to following operational procedures
- Positive, proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
