Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control Leadership
- Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across FMCG manufacturing operations
- Apply strong experience in Wet Condiment Manufacturing, particularly ketchup, mayonnaise, and sauces/dressings
- Oversee compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and relevant food manufacturing standards
Hands-On Manufacturing Quality
- Bring hands-on experience in manufacturing ketchup and mayonnaise products
- Ensure consistent product quality across sauces and dressings production lines
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing quality processes
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related discipline
Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a Managerial Quality role within an FMCG / Food Manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in Wet Condiment Manufacturing, particularly ketchup, mayonnaise, and sauces/dressings
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing ketchup and mayonnaise products preferred
Essential Skills
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP
- Knowledge of relevant food manufacturing standards
