Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC), part of Qatar Airways Group, is hiring a Quality Assurance Team Leader in Doha. You will help keep food production, storage and dispatch safe and compliant, run daily QA checks, support audits and build a strong food safety culture on the team.

Position Overview
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on food safety work and wants to step into leadership. You will coordinate routine QA checks, support inspections and customer or regulatory audits, and promote HACCP and GMP compliance across the operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily QA and food safety work across production, dispatch and storage
- Inspect food preparation areas, equipment and staff hygiene practices
- Check raw materials, in-process food, finished products and dispatches
- Record temperatures accurately for storage, cooking, chilling and transport
- Keep QA records, checklists and traceability systems up to date
- Report non-conformities and support corrective actions
- Prepare for internal, customer and regulatory audits
- Monitor pest control, sanitation and cleaning
- Help investigate customer complaints and quality issues
- Support training, sustainability and business continuity activities
Requirements
- High school qualification with 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems
- Able to spot process improvements and draft audit reports with corrective actions
- Good verbal and written communication
- Preferred: experience in multinational or international flight catering companies
