Position Overview
The Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer at FPG is a builder’s role at the intersection of product engineering, platform architecture, and AI-accelerated development. You will create responsive, accessible, conversion-focused digital experiences in Framer, develop reusable components and shared templates that scale across 200+ brands, build and extend middleware services and APIs, instrument GA4 analytics and GTM event tracking, run CRO experiments, and help evolve FPG’s Digital Intelligence Engine — an automated system for site crawling, prioritized recommendations, and actionable engineering tickets. This role demands broad full-stack expertise, strong product instincts, and the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clean, production-ready code that performs reliably at scale across a multi-brand digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Product Development
- Build and maintain responsive, accessible, conversion-focused experiences in Framer and its web ecosystem
- Create reusable Framer components, code components, templates, and shared patterns for rapid deployment across 200+ brands
- Develop and extend middleware services, APIs, webhooks, and data transformations connecting web to FPG platforms
- Own features end-to-end from technical discovery through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration
- Write clean, documented, maintainable code with appropriate source control, peer review, and release practices
Platform Integration & Architecture
- Connect Framer experiences to FPG middleware and systems including Advisor, CIQ, Leader Central, and Microsoft/Azure services
- Design secure, resilient integration patterns for forms, location data, pricing, lead routing, and authenticated experiences
- Partner with Product and IT on API contracts, identity, privacy, observability, performance, and platform governance
- Support migration and consolidation of legacy web functionality into the modern Framer and middleware stack
AI-Accelerated Engineering & Automation
- Use approved AI coding tools to accelerate prototyping, implementation, testing, documentation, and code review workflows
- Build practical AI-enabled capabilities for content operations, personalization, search, quality checks, and decision support
- Develop automation for recurring site QA, accessibility audits, SEO checks, broken links, and performance validation
- Help evolve FPG’s Digital Intelligence Engine with automated crawling, prioritized recommendations, and actionable tickets
CRO, Analytics & Experience Quality
- Implement A/B tests, landing-page variants, and rapid CRO experiments in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Design
- Instrument and validate GA4/GTM events, conversion funnels, click IDs, call tracking, consent behavior, and downstream data
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, technical SEO, structured data, uptime, accessibility, and cross-device quality
- Use data, user behavior, crawler findings, and operational feedback to continuously identify and ship improvements
Delivery, Reliability & Team Collaboration
- Contribute to a Scrumban delivery model with predictable release cadence and clear work tracked in Linear
- Create test plans and automated checks; perform peer review, regression testing, release validation, and production monitoring
- Troubleshoot issues across browser, front end, middleware, integrations, DNS/CDN, and vendor boundaries
- Provide technical guidance to agencies and contractors while collaborating closely with UI/UX and platform-area owners
Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Requirements
- 4+ years of professional full-stack or product-focused web development experience with production ownership
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, API design, JSON, and modern web development fundamentals
- Experience building integrations with REST APIs, webhooks, serverless or cloud services, databases, and third-party platforms
- Experience with Framer, a comparable component-based web platform, or proven ability to learn Framer quickly
- Working knowledge of source control, CI/CD, automated testing, security, privacy, accessibility, SEO, and web performance
AI, Analytics & Development Workflow
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly in a professional engineering workflow
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into pragmatic technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs clearly
- Comfort working across a multi-brand, multi-location environment with simultaneous priorities and frequent iteration
Preferred Technical Skills
- Framer code components, React component systems, headless CMS patterns, and large-scale web templating
- Azure, Microsoft Entra, Power Platform, Cloudflare, middleware/API development, and enterprise identity patterns
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, consent management, call tracking, experimentation, analytics QA, and CRO optimization
