Position Overview
This Konstrukteur/Anlagenplaner role creates plant and factory layouts covering material flow, setup, and interface planning, developing layout, foundation, and setup plans for customer projects. You will coordinate technically with internal specialist departments, customers, and project management, accompany technical changes through to approval, advance CAD standards and plant modules, and identify and implement optimization opportunities across equipment design and planning workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Plant & Factory Layout Design
- Create plant and factory layouts covering material flow, setup, and interface planning
- Develop layout, foundation, and setup plans for projects
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate technically with internal specialist departments, customers, and project management
- Accompany technical changes through to approval
CAD Standards & Optimization
- Advance CAD standards and plant modules
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Maschinenbautechniker (mechanical engineering technician) or a comparable technical qualification
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in plant planning, layouting, or project engineering
Technical Skills
- Confident use of CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of hydraulics, mechatronics, automation technology, or machine safety is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Essential Skills
- German language skills (C1) and English language skills (B2)
- Customer orientation and technical understanding
- Analytical, structured, and independently responsible working style
