Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests promptly
- Provide attentive service and address guest needs throughout their dining experience
Guest Interaction & Cleanliness
- Build warm, personable interactions with guests to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and the dining area at all times
Team Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, coordinated service
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards consistently throughout each shift
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in F&B service preferred
- Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
