Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification & Strategy
- Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals, customer needs, and opportunities for improvement
- Identify optimization opportunities through analytics, customer behavior insights, website reviews, and competitor research
- Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations explaining the problem, proposed improvement, and expected business impact
- Help build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact, evidence, business priorities, and implementation effort
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Determine the most appropriate approach for each opportunity, including A/B testing, design, or development initiatives
- Own assigned initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, QA, launch, and outcome review
- Translate recommendations into actionable briefs and coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams
Client Communication
- Participate in client meetings, providing updates, explaining recommendations, and following up on agreed actions
- Gradually take responsibility for leading client meetings and managing aspects of client relationships
Analytics & Continuous Learning
- Use analytics and user behavior tools to understand customer journeys and identify friction points
- Document results and learnings to strengthen future recommendations and optimization strategies
- Progressively develop toward ownership of client accounts, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments
- Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Shopify and GA4 or similar analytics platforms
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs
- Genuine interest in Ecommerce, customer behavior, and conversion rate optimization
- Agency experience is a plus; comfortable collaborating across strategy, design, development, and client-facing teams
