Position Overview
The Warehousing Lead Associate at Vertiv in Dubai manages all daily warehouse dispatch and pallet management activities — planning and coordinating container, air, and road shipments; preparing gate passes and dispatch documentation; managing packed pallet storage within the VRAK warehouse management system; ensuring strict FIFO compliance across all storage and dispatch operations; monitoring finished goods inventory and providing daily stock status updates; supporting container stuffing to maximise container utilisation; maintaining housekeeping and safety standards; conducting regular stock counts; and supporting internal and external audits — all within a world-class data center infrastructure supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch Planning & Shipment Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily dispatch activities for container, air, and road shipments in full alignment with customer requirements
- Ensure all shipments are loaded correctly in accordance with approved dispatch schedules, packing specifications, and customer requirements
- Prepare and issue gate passes accurately for all outgoing shipments — ensuring documentation is complete, authorised, and properly filed
- Verify shipment quantities, packing details, and all dispatch documentation thoroughly before any vehicle is released from the Vertiv warehouse
- Coordinate proactively with logistics providers, transporters, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and fully compliant dispatch
Pallet Management & VRAK System Operations
- Manage the storage of all packed pallets and finished goods — allocating and maintaining accurate, clearly assigned storage locations
- Update all pallet location details accurately and in real time within the VRAK warehouse management system for full inventory visibility
- Track pallet movement continuously across production, packing, storage, and dispatch stages — maintaining complete chain of custody at all times
- Ensure proper labelling, clear identification, and full traceability of all pallets throughout every stage of the warehouse operation
FIFO Compliance, Inventory Control & Stock Counts
- Ensure strict FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance during all storage and dispatch operations to protect product quality and traceability integrity
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels continuously and maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records across all finished goods and packed pallets
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and actively support stock reconciliation activities to maintain high inventory accuracy
- Monitor finished goods inventory levels and provide accurate daily stock status updates to management and relevant supply chain stakeholders
Container Stuffing, Documentation & Reporting
- Support container stuffing operations — ensuring optimal container utilisation to minimise logistics costs per outbound shipment
- Maintain accurate dispatch and warehouse reports, operational logs, and all supporting documentation for every shipment processed
- Ensure full compliance with Vertiv’s company safety, quality standards, and established warehouse operating procedures at all times
- Support internal and external audits by providing all required warehouse and dispatch records accurately, completely, and on time
Cross-Functional Coordination, Safety & Housekeeping
- Coordinate daily with production, planning, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure all shipment targets are consistently achieved on schedule
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across all warehouse areas — ensuring a consistently clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Proactively communicate potential dispatch delays, inventory discrepancies, or warehouse issues to relevant stakeholders before they escalate
