Key Responsibilities
Mold Preparation & Spray Application
- Prepare molds and surfaces for GRC spray application
- Mix and apply GRC spray materials according to technical specifications
- Ensure uniform coverage and proper finishing on all panels
Equipment Operation & Safety
- Operate and maintain spraying equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules
Quality Control & Maintenance
- Check material quality throughout the spraying and finishing process
- Clean tools and work areas as part of daily production tasks
- Assist in basic repairs or adjustments to molds and panels
Installation Support
- Support installation teams with handling and fitting GRC elements when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hands-on experience in GRC or GRP spraying, concrete or fiber-reinforced material application, or similar industrial production work
- Ability to operate and maintain spraying equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and material specifications
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices, including PPE use and safe material handling
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in outdoor or workshop environments
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and quality standards
- Previous experience in GRC/GRP manufacturing or construction industry preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production deadlines; basic communication skills in English are beneficial
