Position Overview
This Controller Logistik role puts you at the centre of logistics performance. You will build and develop recurring reports and KPIs, present them to the leadership team, analyse warehouse and logistics performance, run actual-versus-budget comparisons, support budget planning and variance analysis, and answer ad-hoc management requests.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & KPIs
- Create, maintain and develop recurring reports and KPIs
- Present key figures to the leadership team
- Handle ad-hoc requests from management and other group companies
Analysis & Budgeting
- Analyse performance figures across warehouse and logistics areas
- Review actual-versus-budget comparisons
- Support budget planning and variance analysis
Automation & Leadership
- Drive the shift to automated reporting and analysis, using SAP Analytics Cloud
- Take on operational team coordination in the future, ensuring quality, deadlines and information flow
Qualifications
Education
- Degree in industrial engineering or economics, or commercial training with further education
Experience
- Several years in reporting or controlling
- Solid knowledge of creating and analysing KPIs, budget comparisons and management reports
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar BI tools and an interest in automation
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and structured working style
- First experience coordinating or leading teams professionally
