Key Responsibilities
Returns Processing & Inspection
- Process returns, exchanges and refunds under company policy
- Inspect returned goods for condition, quantity, item codes and eligibility
- Sort, label and organise items for restocking, repair, disposal or further checks
- Verify return authorisation against original purchase or shipment records
Records, Reporting & Coordination
- Update inventory and return management systems accurately
- Report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items to the right team
- Prepare inspection reports, refund records and paperwork
- Work with customer service, warehouse, inventory and finance teams
- Keep customers informed on return steps and refund status when needed
- Spot recurring return reasons and recommend improvements
- Protect confidential customer information
Qualifications & Requirements
- Secondary school education or equivalent; a diploma in business, logistics or supply chain is an advantage
- Understanding of returns, inventory control, order fulfilment and warehouse procedures
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office; inventory or warehouse software is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, honest and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
