MANNY’S Gelato is opening a new Artisanal Gelato Laboratory at Expo Village, Dubai, and is hiring a Gelato Production Assistant for its production team. You do not need gelato experience. About the Role
You will work directly inside the laboratory, helping with daily gelato production and learning the company’s recipes step by step. The day covers preparing fresh fruit and ingredients, supporting the making of gelato, cakes and desserts, doing basic pastry work, and keeping raw materials, stock and equipment organised and clean.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily artisanal gelato production
- Learn MANNY’S Gelato recipes and production techniques
- Prepare and process fresh fruit and ingredients
- Support the preparation of gelato, cakes and desserts, plus basic pastry work
- Receive, store and organise raw materials, rotate stock and help with basic inventory
- Clean and sanitise equipment and work areas
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in pastry, bakery, kitchen or food production is preferred
- Basic pastry skills are a strong advantage
- Good manual skills and attention to detail
- Strong hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn professional Italian artisanal gelato production
- Reliable, organised and a good team player
- Basic to good English communication
