Position Overview
In this Orbis application support role, you introduce, support and manage Orbis modules or add-ons, with focus areas including emergency department, OR documentation, service point management (LSTM), appointment calendar and telematics infrastructure. You advise users and help with 1st and 2nd level support, design and customise the clinical information system Orbis, and write documentation and training material. You also join group-wide IT projects and work with key users, IT teams and external providers. The role combines technical responsibility with close contact to clinical processes.

Orbis Support
- Introduce, support and manage Orbis modules or add-ons: emergency, OR documentation, LSTM, appointment calendar, telematics infrastructure
- Advise users and help with 1st and 2nd level support
Design & Documentation
- Design and customise the clinical information system Orbis
- Create and maintain documentation and training material
Projects
- Join group-wide IT projects and further developments
- Work with key users, IT teams and external service providers
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Degree in computer science, medical informatics or business informatics, or career changers from a medical setting with technical qualification and strong IT affinity
Experience & Skills
- Knowledge of clinical information systems, ideally Orbis
- Understanding of clinical documentation processes
- Experience supporting application systems in healthcare
- Very good German, communicative and independent work style
Legal
- Proof of measles immunisation as required by law
