Position Overview
As IT Manufacturing Technician, you give Level 2 support for manufacturing and R&D systems, including desktops, operating systems, antivirus and applications. You troubleshoot and fix technical issues and document them properly, and support the integration of manufacturing systems under Industry 4.0 standards. You work with Engineering, Advanced Operations and R&D, write knowledge base articles and promote shift-left initiatives, and make sure IT security standards such as patching, antivirus and firewall are met. You take part in global IT projects, support shop floor systems and machine-level integrations, and help run incident, problem, change and asset management.

Support
- Give Level 2 support for manufacturing and R&D systems, including desktops, OS, antivirus and applications
- Troubleshoot and fix issues, with proper documentation

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer information systems or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Manufacturing or R&D IT experience is an advantage
Certifications
- ITIL Foundation (required)
- Industry 4.0 or Microsoft certifications are a plus
