About the Role
You will take problems from discovery through to release, designing across the employee portal, the employer portal and the admin dashboard used by customer support. You will analyse customer and business problems, design elegant solutions, connect flows across surfaces rather than single screens, present your decisions to product, engineering and business stakeholders, document the logic and acceptance criteria, and build and update design system components.

- Strong UX and UI skills with a polished portfolio of well-reasoned work
- Experience with a scalable design system
- Comfortable embedded in a development team and taking initiative without a detailed brief
- Clear communication with design peers and business stakeholders
- Curiosity about AI tools and AI-powered product experiences; AI work in your portfolio is welcome
