Position Overview
The Production Analyst at MBRF in Jeddah keeps a close eye on what it costs to make each product and how well each line performs. Every day you check the direct cost of products against the target, and you build the control charts that make deviations easy to see. You analyse yield and losses in detail, including how each line affects the overall result, and you make sure the bills of materials match the real processes. When BOM deviation results come in, you analyse them and help decide what to do. You also make sure stock records are correct, prepare anomaly reports when losses are abnormal, and make sure each line has the right cost rating and the correct UEP index. Beyond cost control, you help R&D introduce new processes and products on the line, define the capacity of production lines, follow productivity, and put forward projects to raise it and to reduce stoppages. All of this sits inside the BRF Sustainability Policy, so your routines should support the company’s ESG indicators too.
Why This Role Matters: In food manufacturing, margins are often decided by small differences that repeat thousands of times a day: a little extra loss on one line, a bill of materials that no longer matches the recipe, a stoppage that happens every shift. The production analyst is the person who turns those small differences into numbers and then into action. When yield and loss analysis points to the real cause, the plant can fix it instead of guessing. When BOMs and inventory are accurate, cost reports can be trusted. When new products are introduced with clear data behind them, the line ramps up faster. It is analytical work with a very physical result, which is food produced more efficiently, with less waste, and with a clear link to the company’s sustainability goals.
