Position Overview
This R&D Product Manager role involves leading development and innovation of new products for one of MENA’s largest FMCG companies. You will ensure alignment with market trends and consumer needs, manage research projects, oversee product development processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, and conduct ongoing analysis of market data and customer insights to drive decisions and optimize product performance.

Market Analysis & Consumer Insights
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market data and customer insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across production facilities

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus and preferred for advanced roles
Experience Requirements
- 1+ years of Food and Beverage Manufacturing experience (Minimum requirement)
- Previous experience in FMCG, food, or related industries is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) processes
