Key Responsibilities
Food Safety Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitor and actively ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all restaurant operations at the Hamra branch
- Identify food safety risks and non-compliances in real time and take swift, effective corrective actions
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, preparation, and serving practices are consistently followed by all staff
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of food safety management systems within the restaurant
Inspections & Internal Audits
- Conduct regular routine inspections of kitchen operations, storage areas, and food handling processes
- Perform structured internal food safety audits and document findings clearly and accurately
- Identify gaps in hygiene practices and put in place practical improvement measures without delay
- Prepare the Hamra branch for external audits and health authority inspections at all times
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date food safety records, checklists, temperature logs, and compliance documentation
- Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) relevant to food safety are current, accessible, and followed
- Prepare clear and organized food safety reports for restaurant management as required
Staff Training & Food Safety Culture
- Train kitchen staff, food handlers, and service team members on proper food handling and hygiene best practices

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
