The Quality & Regulatory Lead at Humantra is a technically rich, strategically important, and genuinely exciting role at the heart of a high-growth global health and wellness brand. As Humantra expands its product portfolio across international markets and retail channels, this role is the company’s primary guardian of product quality integrity, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing standards — ensuring that every product carrying the Humantra brand is legally compliant, technically robust, and consistently manufactured to the highest quality benchmarks in every market it enters.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Product Compliance
- Ensure all Humantra products meet required quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all key international markets — acting as the primary technical quality guardian for the entire product portfolio
- Review product specifications, ingredient documentation, and formulation details to verify technical and regulatory accuracy — identifying compliance gaps and supporting corrective actions before product launch or market entry
- Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product technical files across all Humantra SKUs — ensuring documentation is complete, current, and accessible for regulatory reviews, audits, and market filings
- Monitor product quality signals across the portfolio, investigate quality issues, and support structured root cause analysis and corrective action processes in collaboration with Operations and co-manufacturing partners
Regulatory Compliance Across Global Markets

- Maintain active awareness of evolving regulatory frameworks across Humantra’s key global markets — advising internal product and marketing teams on regulatory changes that may impact product compliance or claims
- Work with external regulatory advisors and governmental authorities when required to support new market entry processes, product registrations, and ongoing regulatory compliance management
Ingredient & Raw Material Governance
- Review supplier documentation including ingredient specifications, certificates of analysis, safety documentation, and regulatory compliance declarations — ensuring all incoming materials meet Humantra’s quality and regulatory requirements
- Ensure ingredient compliance across multiple regulatory environments — managing the complexity of ingredient approval status across UK/EU and international markets within the same product portfolio
- Support supplier approval and ongoing monitoring processes in close collaboration with the Operations team — contributing technical and regulatory expertise to the supplier qualification process
