Your role encompasses the full production lifecycle: reviewing schedules, allocating team members, monitoring quality, enforcing safety standards, and driving productivity across conditioning, treating, packaging, harvest, and warehouse operations.
This is not a behind-the-desk leadership role — it is a hands-on, visible, and people-first supervisory position that demands both technical process expertise and genuine people management skills. The duties vary throughout the year with the seasonal demands of seed manufacturing, including rotating shifts and overtime during peak periods. For motivated leaders with agricultural production or operations experience, this is an outstanding career-building opportunity at one of America’s most respected agri-science organizations.
Why This Role Matters: Corteva Agriscience is at the forefront of solving the world’s food security challenges — and every seed that leaves Hedrick represents a farmer’s investment and a family’s food supply. The Production Shift Supervisor is the operational leader who makes sure that every seed is conditioned, treated, packaged, and dispatched to the highest quality standard. This role is not just about production — it is about purpose. Help Corteva grow what’s next, and build your own career in the process.
