Position Overview

This F&B Supervisor role in Dubai places you at the heart of daily dining operations. Team Leadership & Staff Development

  • Implement and enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols, conduct regular floor and kitchen inspections, and ensure full compliance with HACCP principles and Certified Food Safety Manager guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of food safety audits, temperature logs, and hygiene checklists in line with Dubai Municipality regulations and international food safety standards.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Manage inventory effectively by conducting scheduled stock takes, raising supply requisitions, and ensuring correct storage and FIFO rotation of all food and beverage products.
  • Control F&B costs through diligent monitoring of expenditures, implementing waste reduction initiatives, and actively driving upselling to maximise revenue per guest.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from a recognised institution.
  • Additional diplomas or vocational certifications in hospitality or food service management are a valuable plus.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a Food & Beverage or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record in a high-volume or luxury dining establishment is strongly preferred.

Certification

  • Certified Food Safety Manager — valid certification mandatory for this role.
  • HACCP Certification — required to ensure compliance with food hygiene standards in the Dubai market.
