Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field
- MBA or an advanced degree in Human Resources Management is strongly preferred for this C-suite level role
- Professional HR certification — SHRM-SCP, HRCI SPHR, or an equivalent recognized certification — is a significant advantage
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role such as CHRO, HR Director, or VP of HR
