HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 5, PHR, or CHRP is a significant advantage and preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience covering recruitment, operations, payroll, and compliance
  • Hands-on experience working within a UAE or GCC corporate environment is strongly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Solid working knowledge of HRIS platforms and payroll processing systems used in UAE corporate environments
