Position Overview

The Quality Controller in Riyadh is an operationally important role within the food warehouse quality function.   • Inspect warehouse storage conditions including temperature monitoring, hygiene standards, and shelf organization protocols
  • Identify any product quality deviations, contamination risks, or storage non-conformances requiring immediate corrective action
  • Ensure incoming, in-storage, and outgoing products meet all required quality and food safety standards before release

Documentation, Reporting & CAPA Follow-Up

  • Document all inspection findings, quality check results, and non-conformances in structured, accurate quality records
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive quality reports for management review, highlighting trends, risks, and compliance status
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure quality deviations are resolved in a timely and effective manner

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Quality Improvement

  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to identify quality performance gaps and implement targeted improvement actions

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Food Safety, or a closely related academic field

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in food warehouses or the food industry in a quality or inspection-related role
