Position Overview
This Crew Member role supports daily operations at a healthy concept restaurant across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will provide excellent customer service at all times, manage cashier and order-taking duties accurately, handle food safely in line with food safety and hygiene standards, prepare beverages, assist with daily FOH operations, maintain cleanliness in FOH areas, and navigate and manage orders through food delivery aggregators.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front of House Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Welcome guests and support daily Front of House operations
- Manage cashier and order-taking duties accurately
- Support team members and adapt to daily operational needs
Food & Beverage Handling
- Handle food safely and in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Prepare beverages and assist with daily FOH operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in FOH areas
Digital Order Management
- Navigate and manage orders through food delivery aggregators
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of delivery orders alongside in-store service
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred
- Previous food handling experience is required
- Knowledge and experience using food delivery aggregators is required
