Position Overview
This Surveyor role conducts land and building surveys, setting out works, and verifying levels, alignments, and dimensions for various construction projects. You will prepare and maintain accurate survey records, drawings, and reports, collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams, use surveying instruments to check contractors’ work against approved plans, resolve discrepancies, and support quality assurance and health and safety standards on site.

- Conduct land and building surveys, including setting out works

- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, drawings, and reports
- Use surveying or CAD software for plans and reports
Quality Verification & Coordination

- Ensure construction activities follow design and regulatory requirements
Quality Assurance & Site Support

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma/degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as a Surveyor in building construction projects
- Preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality developments
Technical Skills
- Ability to perform land and building surveys, including setting out and level checks, using modern instruments
- Competence in interpreting engineering drawings, architectural plans, and construction specifications
- Proficiency in survey data recording and basic use of surveying or CAD software
Essential Skills
