Position Overview
This Warehouse Supervisor role controls and monitors all warehouse processes including goods receipt, storage, order picking, and goods issue, ensuring timely and error-free deliveries. You will lead, plan deployment for, and further develop your warehouse team, analyze disruptions and implement sustainable improvement measures, ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements, optimize processes and warehouse layout using CIP, Lean, and 5S methods, and control KPIs while reporting to management.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally with initial management experience
- Experience managing warehouse processes and operational procedures
Technical Skills
- Safe handling of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital tools
