Coloplast is looking for a Warehouse Associate (Warehouse Logistics Specialist) to join the team as soon as possible on a full-time basis (38.5 hours) supporting the European Distribution Centre (EDC) in Hamburg-Allermöhe. Position Overview
This Warehouse Logistics Specialist role independently processes and manages incoming and outgoing goods, including creating and updating delivery notes and inventory lists. You will transport goods using industrial trucks, load and unload deliveries, store goods and returns, pick and pack various items, and depending on qualifications, perform PC-based tasks, coordinate with internal logistics and customer service, and handle clarification cases in order processing with a focus on inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Goods Processing & Documentation
- Independently process and manage incoming and outgoing goods
- Create and update delivery notes and inventory lists
Transport & Material Handling
- Carry out the transport of goods using various industrial trucks
- Load and unload trucks as part of daily operations
Storage & Order Fulfillment
- Store goods deliveries and returns, and prepare/follow up on storage areas
- Pick and pack various items, coordinating with internal logistics as needed
Order Processing & Inventory Support (Role-Dependent)
- Perform PC-based tasks and contact internal logistics and customer service for smooth order processing
- Handle clarification cases in order processing with a focus on inventory management
- Operational control of order pickers and order control at the central point (I-point)
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational/Experience Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a “warehouse logistics specialist” (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) or several years of warehousing experience
- Knowledge of order picking and order management is desirable
Working Style Requirements
- Willingness to work in different shift patterns
- Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- Strong quality awareness and high reliability
Language & Additional Skills
- Good German skills, both spoken and written, are required
- English skills are an advantage
- Having a forklift license is an advantage
