Key Responsibilities
Civil Works Supervision & Site Management
- Supervise daily civil construction activities across the project site to ensure timely and quality execution
- Ensure all works are carried out in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor site progress continuously and identify any delays, defects, or issues impacting project delivery
- Support project execution and handover activities including punch listing, final inspections, and completion documentation
HSE Compliance & Safety Inspections
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and implement HSE procedures throughout all construction activities
- Monitor full site compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements at all times
- Apply NEBOSH-certified knowledge to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks on site
- Ensure all subcontractors and site operatives comply with mandatory HSE standards and permit-to-work procedures
Coordination with Stakeholders
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with RTA and relevant Dubai authorities on project approvals, inspections, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification (REQUIRED)

Experience Requirements
- 2–4 years of UAE or GCC experience in civil construction projects (REQUIRED)
