Position Overview
This Food Safety and Hygiene Officer role involves conducting routine inspections across a wide range of food establishments in the UAE, ensuring full compliance with food safety laws, regulations, and hygiene standards. You will inspect food preparation, storage, handling, transportation, and disposal practices, collect samples for laboratory analysis, investigate safety complaints and outbreaks, and provide guidance and training to food handlers on safe practices.

- Conduct routine inspections of restaurants, hotels, catering units, food manufacturers, and retail outlets

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
