Position Overview
This Logistics Supervisor role at LuxExperience involves taking professional leadership responsibility for a logistics team in Leipzig. You will conduct shift handovers, team meetings, and feedback talks, ensure smooth logistics operations by coordinating daily workflows against KPIs and service levels, organize onboarding and training for new team members, support the Division Manager on workplace safety and organization, and actively contribute to logistics process optimization projects.

Team Leadership
- Take professional leadership responsibility for a logistics team
- Conduct shift handovers, team meetings, and regular feedback talks
Process & KPI Management
- Ensure smooth logistics operations by coordinating and monitoring daily workflows
- Maintain adherence to defined KPIs and service levels across the team
People Development
- Organize onboarding for new team members
- Regularly monitor training progress and support skill development
Workplace Management
- Support the Division Manager across daily operations

- Actively contribute to logistics projects

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Relevant work experience in logistics or a completed vocational degree/university degree, ideally in logistics
Experience Levels
- Level 1: 0–2 years of logistics experience plus first leadership experience (e.g., as a stand-in)
- Level 2: 2+ years of logistics experience plus 1+ year of leadership in a small team
- Level 3: 4+ years of logistics experience plus 2+ years of leadership in a large team
Essential Skills
- Good command of both German and English, spoken and written
- Strong communication skills with a confident yet diplomatic approach
- High sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills
- Good computer literacy, especially MS Office and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
- Willingness to work rotating early/late shifts and Saturdays
