Position Overview
The Senior Logistics Specialist participates in the core business modules of European logistics, including channel development, solution design, project management, truck transportation, and port operations, gaining an in-depth understanding of logistics processes and key business systems in Europe. This role engages in negotiations with logistics service providers, develops logistics channels in new markets, designs and optimizes logistics solutions, and supports department leaders with daily management, business analysis, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
European Logistics Operations
- Participate in the core business modules of European logistics, including channel development, solution design, and project management
- Engage with truck transportation and port operations to gain in-depth understanding of European logistics processes
- Build knowledge of key business systems supporting SHEIN’s logistics network across Europe
Channel Development & Partnerships
- Engage in negotiations and communications with logistics service providers
- Support resource integration and partnership advancement with logistics partners
- Take responsibility for developing logistics channels in new markets
Solution Design & Optimization
- Design and optimize logistics solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Facilitate channel implementation across new and existing markets
- Assist department leaders with daily management tasks and process optimization
Business Analysis & Strategy Support
- Participate in special projects and business analysis initiatives
- Collect market and industry information to support business strategy development
- Contribute to product solutions and support the achievement of team objectives
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related fields
Technical Skills
- Strong sensitivity to data, with exceptional skills in data analysis and synthesis
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and other office software for chart creation and analytical models
- Skilled in SQL, Python, and Tableau, capable of data extraction, analysis, and efficient data visualization
