Position Overview
The FC Supervisor runs the daily fulfillment operation for a Food & Beverage warehouse, getting every order out within the B2B cut-off, keeping inventory accurate, maintaining food safety compliance, and leading a mixed team. This role spans outbound and inbound operations, inventory and food safety management, WMS operation, team supervision, and safety reporting.
Why This Role Matters:Â As FC Supervisor, you plan and drive the daily outbound cycle so all orders are picked, packed, checked, and staged before the B2B cut-off, maintain inventory accuracy at 99.5% through structured cycle counts and root-cause investigation, uphold HACCP and Dubai Municipality Food Code standards including cold chain integrity and allergen segregation, operate the WMS across allocation, waves, picklists, and inventory adjustment, set daily shift targets, train new joiners, and manage outsourced staff deployment for a mixed team, and produce daily reporting on dispatch performance, accuracy, and productivity using Excel and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Operations
- Plan and drive the daily outbound cycle so all orders are picked, packed, checked, and staged before the B2B cut-off
- Manage handover to logistics, verifying load accuracy, dispatch, and documentation
- Close out short-picks and mis-picks same day, with root cause recorded
Inbound Operations
- Oversee receiving, verification against PO/ASN, and put-away to the correct zone
- Apply shelf-life acceptance criteria at receipt, rejecting or quarantining stock below minimum thresholds
Inventory & Food Safety
- Maintain inventory accuracy at 99.5% through structured cycle counts, investigating variances within 48 hours
- Enforce FEFO and FIFO, maintaining batch/lot traceability for recall readiness
- Uphold HACCP and Dubai Municipality Food Code standards each shift
WMS, Team & Safety
- Operate the WMS across allocation, waves, picklists, and inventory adjustment, resolving first-line issues
- Plan manpower, verify outsourced staff deployment, and train new joiners before independent work
- Enforce safe working practices, PPE, and licensed-only MHE operation, reporting all incidents
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years in warehouse or fulfillment operations, including 2-3 years supervising an inbound/outbound team
- Hands-on Food & Beverage experience, expiry and batch control, FEFO and FIFO
- Proven delivery against fixed daily cut-off timelines in a B2B or bulk-order environment
Essential Skills
- Strong practical WMS command (allocation, waves, picklists, inventory modules)
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reporting) and working Google Sheets competence
- Clear English communication with logistics; ability to communicate with a multilingual floor team
- Available for rotational shifts including nights and weekends, per UAE Labour Law
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
