Position Overview
This Supplier Quality Service Specialist role processes material defect reports from production, creates and maintains SAP complaints, and supports complaint handling by requesting and evaluating 8D reports. You will conduct on-site supplier meetings regarding manufacturing problems, create regular error analyses, organize quality meetings, support supplier corrective actions and performance evaluation, conduct PPAP-methodology sampling, support supplier audits, and prepare for IATF16949 audits covering laboratory and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities
Complaint & Defect Management
- Process material defect reports from production
- Create a complaint in SAP (strip steel) and maintain the complaint list
- Support complaint handling by requesting and evaluating 8D reports and monitoring corrective actions
Supplier Engagement & Analysis
- Conduct on-site meetings with suppliers regarding manufacturing problems
- Create regular error analyses
- Process supplier requests such as data analysis and special approvals
Quality Meetings & Corrective Actions
- Organize and conduct quality meetings, and write the minutes
- Maintain and support corrective actions from suppliers
- Perform supplier performance evaluation
Sampling, Audits & Documentation
- Conduct sampling of suppliers according to PPAP methodology
- Support during supplier audits
- Create technical delivery conditions in cooperation with material specifications
- Prepare for IATF16949 audits (laboratory and supplier management)
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed vocational-technical training or comparable qualification (e.g., state-certified technician) or a bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements
- Initial professional experience
Technical Skills
- Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
