Position Overview
This Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor role at CHANGAN Automobile involves managing spare parts warehouse operations including receiving, repackaging, shelving, picking, packing, and outbound processes, overseeing WMS system integration and inventory management, monitoring export spare parts shipments, handling monthly cost settlement and optimization, managing logistics service providers, and ensuring warehouse safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management & WMS Integration
- Manage spare parts warehouse including on-site operations, WMS system integration, physical inventory, and inventory aging
- Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure accuracy across the warehouse
On-Site Operations & Performance
- Oversee receiving, repackaging, shelving, picking, packing, and outbound operations
- Ensure operational timeliness and achievement of performance indicators
Packaging & Export Shipment Management
- Manage spare parts packaging including packaging plans, export packaging, and label management
- Monitor and analyze export spare parts shipments, storage areas, outbound waiting times, and returns
Cost Control & Provider Management
- Handle monthly settlement of warehousing and logistics costs, overall cost control, and optimization
- Manage warehousing and logistics service providers, including procurement evaluation and daily assessment
Safety Management
- Ensure spare parts warehouse safety management, including fire safety and material safety
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience Requirements
- 5 years of working experience in warehousing or logistics in the automotive industry
Essential Skills
- Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and good interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Proficient in written and oral communication in Chinese and English
