The Warehousing Lead Associate at Vertiv in the UAE manages all daily warehouse dispatch and pallet management activities — planning and coordinating container, air, and road shipments; preparing gate passes and dispatch documentation; managing packed pallet storage in the VRAK system; ensuring FIFO compliance; monitoring finished goods inventory; supporting container stuffing operations; maintaining warehouse housekeeping standards; and providing regular dispatch and stock reports to management and cross-functional stakeholders across production, planning, engineering, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch Planning & Shipment Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily dispatch activities for container, air, and road shipments in line with customer requirements
- Ensure all shipments are loaded correctly in accordance with dispatch schedules and all applicable customer specifications
- Prepare and issue gate passes for all outgoing shipments — ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and properly authorised
- Verify shipment quantities, packing details, and dispatch documentation thoroughly before any vehicle is released from the warehouse
- Coordinate actively with logistics providers, transporters, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and compliant dispatch
Pallet Management & VRAK System Operations
- Manage the storage of packed pallets and finished goods in the warehouse — allocating and maintaining accurate storage locations
- Update all pallet location details accurately and in real time within the VRAK warehouse management system
- Track pallet movement across production, packing, storage, and dispatch stages to maintain full chain of custody visibility
- Ensure proper labelling, identification, and traceability of all pallets throughout all stages of the warehouse operation
Inventory Control, FIFO & Stock Management
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels continuously and maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records at all times
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and actively support stock reconciliation activities across finished goods and packed pallets
- Ensure strict FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance during all storage and dispatch operations to protect product quality and traceability
- Monitor finished goods inventory and provide daily stock status updates to management and relevant cross-functional teams
Container Stuffing, Documentation & Reporting
- Support container stuffing operations and ensure optimal container utilisation to minimise logistics costs per shipment
- Maintain accurate dispatch and warehouse reports, logs, and supporting documentation for all shipments processed
- Ensure compliance with Vertiv’s company safety, quality, and warehouse procedures across all warehouse activities
- Support internal and external audits by providing all required warehouse and dispatch records accurately and on time
Cross-Functional Coordination & Housekeeping
- Coordinate daily with production, planning, engineering, and logistics teams to achieve all shipment targets on schedule
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure a consistently clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Proactively communicate potential dispatch delays, inventory discrepancies, or warehouse issues to relevant stakeholders
