Key Responsibilities
AI Agent & Automation Development
- Build and maintain automations and AI agents that run formation, compliance, and client operations at Cosmos
- Turn manual, repeatable processes into dependable, scalable automated workflows
- Design prompts, guardrails, and checks so automated output is always accurate and auditable
- Keep a human in the loop wherever oversight and judgement are required
Stack Integration & Monitoring
- Connect the stack so data flows cleanly between the Cosmos platform, Attio, ClickUp, and other operational tools
- Monitor what’s running, catch failures early, and continuously improve automation performance over time
- Apply APIs, low-code tools, and scripting to build and maintain integrations across the operations stack
Operations Collaboration
- Work with operations and product teams to identify, prioritise, and decide what to automate next
- Apply a process-minded approach — seeing manual steps and being motivated to remove them systematically
