Position Overview
This Applied AI Engineer role involves owning agents that read inbound messages and draft the right reply fast with a human in the loop, managing the messaging layer across warm outreach, investor network and investor relations, building conversational agents end to end for replies, booking, nurture and support, building the eval spine of golden sets and judges that gates quality, and developing broader applied-AI features like classification, extraction, routing and summarization.

- Build agents that read inbound messages and draft the right reply, fast, with a human in the loop

- Build conversational agents end to end: replies, booking, nurture and support that reads human
Evaluation & Quality Systems
- Build the eval spine that gates quality: golden sets, judges and guardrails that hold as conversations grow
Broader Applied AI Features
- Build classification, extraction, routing and summarization features across the platform
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Experience
- Shipped conversational LLM systems to production with real users — reply handling, support, booking or nurture agents (inbound work counts fully)
- Built evals from scratch — golden sets, judge criteria, and ship/rollback decisions made on the numbers
- Integrated LLMs with email, CRM or messaging systems
Essential Skills
- Think like an operator and understand the business goal behind the message
- An engineer first — the team runs roughly 80/20 engineering to research
- Move fast with AI tooling and own outcomes
Tech Stack
- Python, Supabase, Pydantic AI, Claude Agent SDK, AWS
- Bonus: email and CRM integrations, RevOps exposure, sales or IR experience
