Position Overview
The Assistant Plant Operator supports day-to-day running of a concrete and block production plant. You will assist in operating and monitoring batching plant machinery and its control systems, help batch cement, aggregates, water, and other raw materials accurately, watch mixers, conveyors, hoppers, and silos, check equipment before and during production, and report any abnormalities or breakdowns promptly. You will also keep production records, assist with basic cleaning and routine maintenance, and follow the company’s quality standards and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.

Equipment Monitoring & Maintenance

Coordination, Records & Safety

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in cement blocks/bricks manufacturing, RMC, or a similar concrete production environment
- Experience in cement blocks/bricks manufacturing is required

- Familiarity with mixers, conveyors, batching equipment, or block-making machinery
