Key Responsibilities
AV System Design, Installation & Integration
- Design, configure, install, and integrate audiovisual systems across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and public areas — applying professional AV engineering knowledge to plan and execute AV system installations that deliver reliable, high-quality audio and video performance consistently across all room types and usage scenarios, from intimate boardroom video conferencing environments to large-format presentation spaces and public digital display installations
- Install and configure AV equipment including mixers, amplifiers, projectors, displays, speakers, microphones, DSPs, and video switching equipment — applying hands-on hardware installation and configuration skills to correctly mount, cable, connect, and configure each component of the AV system in accordance with the approved design, manufacturer installation guidelines, and relevant cabling and signal standards
- Design and install AV cabling infrastructure — applying knowledge of HDMI, HDBaseT, DM, fiber, balanced audio cabling, and structured cabling standards to design and install the signal distribution infrastructure that carries audio, video, and control signals reliably between AV system components, correctly terminating, labeling, and documenting all cables in accordance with professional AV installation practice
- Integrate AV systems with IT network infrastructure — configuring the network interfaces, VLANs, QoS settings, and IP address assignments that allow AV control systems, video conferencing platforms, digital signage players, and networked AV components to communicate reliably over the building’s IP network without causing interference with business IT traffic
Video Conferencing — Setup, Optimization & Support

Digital Signage Management & Display Configuration
- Manage digital signage deployments across HAMDAZ Technologies’ public areas and corporate environments — configuring digital signage players, content management systems (CMS), display scheduling, and content distribution infrastructure that keeps the organization’s digital communication displays current, visually consistent, and functioning reliably without requiring manual content updates for each individual screen
- Configure and optimize display systems including commercial displays, video walls, and LED installations — applying knowledge of display calibration, color management, resolution settings, refresh rates, and display mounting configurations to ensure that digital signage and presentation displays deliver the visual quality and reliability that professional corporate environments require
- Coordinate digital signage content updates and scheduling — working with internal communications stakeholders to ensure that digital signage content is updated accurately and on time, maintaining the scheduling configurations that deliver the right content to the right displays at the right times across HAMDAZ Technologies’ facility
AV Troubleshooting, Maintenance & System Monitoring
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related AV technical issues — applying systematic troubleshooting methodology to identify the root cause of AV system faults efficiently, distinguishing between hardware failures, software configuration errors, signal integrity problems, network connectivity issues, and user error as causes of AV system malfunction, and implementing the correct resolution for each fault type
- Perform routine AV system preventive maintenance checks — conducting scheduled system health checks across all meeting room AV systems, digital signage installations, and public area AV equipment to identify potential failures before they occur, maintaining the system reliability standards that a professional corporate AV environment requires and documenting all preventive maintenance activities accurately
- Maintain accurate documentation of AV system configurations — producing and maintaining the as-built AV system drawings, equipment schedules, IP address records, DSP program files, control system configuration backups, and operational procedures that enable efficient system maintenance, accurate fault diagnosis, and reliable system recovery after failures

Educational Requirements
