Position Overview
As Business Controller, you analyse and manage sales, margin and profitability key figures and create forecasts, budgets and target-versus-actual analyses. You run ad-hoc analyses and management reports and support strategic decisions with profitability analysis. You help with profitability assessments, tenders and price analyses and turn data into recommendations. You maintain and develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools, create analyses and presentations for national and international stakeholders, work closely with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, and improve controlling processes with the team.

Qualifications
Education
- Completed commercial training, a business administration degree or a comparable qualification
Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in controlling, sales, purchasing or a similar commercial function, ideally with food industry sales, margin and profitability analysis
- Experience with forecasts, budgets, management reports and ad-hoc analyses
- Excellent Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint; SAP is a plus
- Use of KPI dashboards and reporting tools, or willingness to learn
Language
- Excellent German and English, spoken and written
