Position Overview
As Bauleitung / Objektüberwachung Hochbau, you look after turnkey building projects on site, monitor quality, schedules and costs, and coordinate the trades to support the project manager. You check plans against actual construction, spot open detail questions early and work out practical solutions together with the planners. You review measurements and invoices with AVA software Bechmann, run regular site meetings with clear minutes, identify claims potential early and handle contractor claims for the client, keeping legally relevant correspondence VOB-compliant.

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
- Supervise turnkey building projects on site, including quality, schedules and costs
- Coordinate the trades and support the project manager
Control & Problem Solving
- Check plan versus actual and spot unresolved details early
- Develop workable solutions with planners and act as link between planning and construction
Commercial & Contract
- Check measurements and invoices with AVA software Bechmann
- Steer schedules in regular site meetings and record decisions
- Identify claims potential and handle claims for the client, with VOB-compliant correspondence
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture, or comparable qualification (master craftspeople and technicians not excluded)
Experience & Skills
- Several years of experience in construction supervision
- Solid knowledge of HOAI, VOB and MS Office
- Experience with AVA software and careful invoice checking, from measurement control to the invoice check sheet
Personal
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Resilience and willingness to do site visits and surveys
- Structured work and commitment
- Very good German, written and spoken
