Position Overview
The Application Developer at WRG builds, maintains, and improves internal business applications. Working alongside the company’s technology leadership, you will keep existing applications running smoothly, enhance them as they move into broader use, and take on growing responsibility for deployment and production support. A big part of the job is listening: you will meet with employees and business leaders, understand what they need, and deliver practical, reliable solutions — including integrations with company systems such as Sage 300 CRE and Sage Paperless.
Why This Role Matters: A construction company runs on its internal tools — job costing, document management, reporting. When those applications are reliable and easy to use, project teams spend less time fighting software and more time building. As Application Developer you are the person who makes that happen, and who makes sure no system depends on the knowledge of a single person.
