Position Overview
This Deployment Strategist — Middle East role at ElevenLabs is a uniquely hybrid position that blends enterprise sales, technical product delivery, and strategic AI consulting. You will meet with strategic enterprise customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals, own flagship deals end-to-end from use case identification through commercial structuring to close, embed yourself inside key accounts as a trusted delivery partner, identify high-impact use cases in collaboration with Forward Deployed Software Engineers, guide customers on ElevenAgents deployment best practices, present to C-suite and technical audiences, and feed field insights back to ElevenLabs’ research and product teams to shape the platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Customer Engagement & AI Transformation
- Meet with strategic enterprise customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points around customer-facing and operational AI workflows
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic accounts — act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as part of the customer’s team
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows
- Scope out potential AI applications in new industries and expand ElevenLabs’ solutions across sectors globally
End-to-End Deal Ownership & Commercial Strategy
- Own flagship enterprise deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements
- Drive flagship deals to close with confidence, navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners
- Apply commercial instinct to engage in deal conversations, structure value propositions, and close complex enterprise agreements
- Collaborate with Go to Market professionals to expand ElevenLabs’ footprint across the Middle East enterprise market
ElevenAgents Deployment & Product Guidance
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents — including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness to maximize adoption and measurable impact
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring high-impact use cases to life
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and ElevenLabs’ broader AI technology to new and existing customers
- Collaborate daily with customers’ engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes
Research Collaboration & Executive Presentation
- Present the results of work and proposals for future engagement to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with ElevenLabs Research teams to feed field insights back into the platform and models, helping shape the product roadmap
- Synthesize disconnected customer challenges into a cohesive understanding of the most important problems, workflows, and product needs
- Apply ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems and agentic frameworks
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity — direct enterprise customer experience is preferred (REQUIRED)
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering measurable results
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration — sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
- Comfort engaging in enterprise sales cycles and structuring commercial value propositions alongside GTM partners
